By his Honor Oewaid Cdbtis, Superintendent of the Province of Nelson, in the Islands of New Zealand, &c, &c. IN exercise of the power and authority in me .'vested, -I, Oswald. Curtis, Superintendent of the Province of Nelson, acting with the advice and, consent of the Executive Council of the said Province^, do hereby proclaim and declare that on and after this date, the undermentioned, boundaries of the Amuri district, for. the' purposes of '• The Nelson Scab Act 1868," and «' The Nelson Scab Act Amendment Act 1869," and that the 9th and 10th Sections of " The Nelson Scab Act 1865," shall come into operation ' within the said boundaries on and after this date.
