Arauri district, for the purposes of "The Nelson Scab Act 1868," and " The Nelson Scab Act Amendment Act 1869," and that the 9th and 10th Sections of "The Nelson Scab Act 1868," shall come into operation within the said boundaries on and after this date. From the mouth of the Hurunui river to Lake Sumner ; from Lake Sumner to - the saddle between the Hurunui and Teremakau ; thence northward by the .boundary of the Nelson South-west Goldfields to Mount Franklyn ; thence by the western watershed of the Wairau river to the Tophouse ; thence by the boundary between the Provinces of Nelson and Marlborough to lhe mouth of the river Conway ; thence by the sea coast to the mouth of the river Hurunui.
