IN excercise of the power and authority in me vested, I, Oswald Curtis, Superintendent of the Province of Nelson, acting with the advice and consent of the Executive Council *of the said Province, do hereby proclaim and declare that on and after this date, the undermentioned boundaries of the Amuri district, for the purposes of « The Nelson Scab Act 1868," and " The Nelson Scab Act Amendment Act 1869" and that the 9th and 10th Sections of " The Nelson Scab Act 1868," shall come into operation within the said boundaries on and after this date.
