MELBOURNE.
April 26 — Oats are very firm at extreme rates, and it is anticipated that prices will keep up some considerable time. It is rumored that there is an organised opposition to the Government, and that an adverse vote will be moved upon the address in reply, the grounds being the failure of the loan, and the breakdown of the educational machinery.
