To the Editob of the Nelson Evening Maij\ Gentlemen, — Before signing petitions in favor of reading the Bible and giving religious instillation during school hours," see whether it; would not be better to hare the Bible read and religious instruction given after school hours ? For it is simply in these two alternatives that Jiea the whole of the difficulty which agitates the pub'ic now. You will likely see another petition asking that such an instruction should be given alter school hours. I am, gentlemen, An Elector.
