To-mobkow being Good Friday, there will be no publication of the Evening Mail. Nelson City Eifles. — The shooting for the medal commences at 9 o'clock tomorrow morning. Wesleyan Church, Speing Grove. — The usual annual tea-meeting wiil take place to-morrow, Good Friday, in the above Church. In the fourth page will be found an important judgment delivered yesterday by the Besident Magistrate in the Westport land case. Perseverance Mining Company. — The adjourned special general meeting of the shareholders in this company will be held at the Oddfellows' Hall, Waimea-st., this evening, at half-past seven o'clock, for the purpose of considering the present position of the company and the future working of the mine. • ■ ' i i
