THE Provincial Government hereby offer a Premium of Foktt Guineas for the Best DESIGN for a LUNATIC ASYLUM suitable for the requirements of this Province, and Ten Guineas for the Second Best design. . . Designs must include Elevation and ' Ground Plans of. a building capable of accommodating One Hundred Patients, but must be so arranged that a portion of theibuilding sufficient for. say Fifty Patients may be erected in the first instance. Designs must be sent in on or before MONDAY, the 31st March next, accompanied by an estimate of jcost with sufficient data to check the general correctness of the estimate. . No Design will be considered if the estimated coqt of the portion ■ of the building required for Fifty. Patients exceeds £4000. The Provincial Government will decide upon the relative merits.: of the.
