HIGH IMPARTIALITY.
TO THE EDITOK OP THE NKLSON EVENING MAIL. Sir, — The long letter of Mr. Goodman in the Examiner of to-day, followed by the editor's note that the discussion on Freemasonry must close with that letter is indeed a good sample of the high impartiality of that paper. As you have in, this matter shown moire liberality, I hope you will not decline inserting this short one, by which I will merely inform Mr. Goodman that . he could not deny what I stated against "Mason," concerting the endeavours of the Order, for 'the difu-ion of Atheistic principles and the establishment of the Religion of Nature. I wish also to tell him that as long as Freemasonry worked in the right direction they were supported and encouraged by the Church, but when they deviated from that path to carry on a disastrous policy. 1 they were condemned at once by both Church and State. I am, &c , | :; .■ .• .■ XYZ, [The public are getting weary, of tbJs discussion which must cease here. — Ei.-N.E.Mi.'l For continuation of news see fourth page.
