FTIHE Pbovincial Govrrnment hereby offer a 1 JL Premium of Fdmr Gtjineas for the Best DESIGN for a LUNATIC ASYLUM suitable for the requirements of this Province, and Ten Guineas for the Second Best design. . Designs must inc'u^e Elevation and Ground Plansof a huildinscapable of accommodating One I Hundred Patients, but must be so arrangi d that a \ portion of the building sufficipnt for Bay Fifty i Patients may be erected in the first instance. Designs must be sent in on or before MONDAY, , the 3!st March next, accompanied by an estimate ] of cost with sufficient data to check the general correctness of the estimate. No Design will be considered if the estimated * cost of the portion of the building required for Fifty Patients exceeds £4000.
