Designs must be sent in on or before MONDAY, the 31st March next, accompanied by an estimate of cost with sufficient data to check the general correctness of the estimate. No Design will be considered if the estimated cost of the portion of the building required for Fifty Patients exceeds £4000. The Provincial Government wi'l decide upon the relative merits of th« Pes-igns submi'ted, and no competitor will be considered to have any claim to be employed in the supervision or erection of the building.
