Designs must include Elevation and Ground Plans of a buildin s; capable of accommodating One Hundred Patients, but must be so arranged that a portion of the building sufficient ior say Fifty' Patients may be erected in the first instance. Designs must be sent in on or before MONDAY, the 3 1st March next, accompanied by an estimate of cost with sufficient data to check the general correctness of the estimate. No Design will be considered if the estimated cost of the portion of the building required for Fifty Pa tients exceeds £4000. The Provincial Government Avill decide upon the relative merits of the Designs submitted, and no competitor will be considered to have any claim to be employed in the supervision or erection of the building.
