Quoils — Sweepstakes, with £1 added 5 0 In addition to the Money Prize, a Silver Medal will be given by the Society to the winner in the Mile Race, provided the distance be run within. 5 minutes. The successful competitor in the "Vaulting with the Pole will also receive a Silver Medal, in addition to his Money Prize, provided he shall have leaped a height of not less than 10 feet. Regulations. 1. Entries must be made at the Entry Booth. 2. Unless two competitors enter, no prize will be given ; and unless three competitors, no second prize. i 3. No person will be allowed to compete for any event whose dress has not beeni previously approved of by the Committee, j 4. As no alteration will be permitted in the order of the, events, competitors are informed that no entries will be received for ( any event after the number oi such event is signalled, and.it is also intimated that as . soon as an event is signalled it will be proceeded with. 5. Disputes will be settled by the Judges, whose decision shall be final. • " ' 6. Prizes will be settled for on the ground. 7. Competitors for Tilting to go at a bandgallop. 8. No horses allowed on the ground, except those entered, for Tilting, and then only r while that game is in progress. 9.
