Scab Act, 1868," to be in operation throughout the Province of Nelson on and after the Ist day of MAY nest, excepting only thut portion of the Kelson Southwest Goldfields comprised within the following boundaries, viz. — Commencing at the mouth of the river Grey on the sea coast; thence by the sea coast to the mouth of the river Karnmea; thence • up the Kararma river t-> a point known as the- Knramea Bend; thence in a straight line to the junction of the rivers Wangapeka and Dart; thence in * straight line • to the junction of the rivers Buller'and Hope; thence following the boundary of the Nelson South-weft Goldfields to the boundary of the County of Westland; thence by the boundary of the said county to the source of the river Arnold; thence by the rivers Arnold and Grey to the sea coast.
