Regulations. 1 . Entries must be made at ihe Entry Booth. 2. Unless two competitors enter, no prize will be given ; and unless three competitors, no second prize. . 3. No person -will be allowed to compete for any event whose dress has not heen previously approved of by the Committee. 4. As no alteration will be permitted in the order of the events, competitors are informed that no entries will be received for • any event after the number or such event is signalled, and it.ia also intimated that as soon as an event is signalled it will be proceeded with. 5.
