FOUR SCHOLARSHIPS, tenable for two years, are OFFERED for COMPETITION to such pupils of the Public Schools of the Province as have completed their twelfth year, and have attended a Provincial School for the last two years. The value of the two Scholarships given by the Provincial Council (which are open only to scholars who have attended Country Schools) is £40 per annum, to -which the Governors of the College add a free education. The Governors' Scholarships cany with them a free education at the College.
