IN reference to the Advertisement of Wkblbt BBoniEKs, cautionin? the publio against " our Nelson Tweed Trowsers and Vests for 308." our , Advertisement shou d have read " Imitation Nelson Tweed Trowsers and Vests 305," the word " imitation " was omitted (accidentally) by cur clerk in copying it from a rough pencil memorandum. We beg to state that it was very far from our intention to represent them as being made up from their Tweeds ; but rather to have implied that we have produced a superior class of goods in every respec% made to our own order, to compete in legitimate competition with Nelson Tweeds The excellence of our goods has been confirmed by competent judges (not interested ones) who assure us that they are better finished, and more to the popular taste than the goods from which they were copied. The Public must now judge between our Goods at 30s, and the Webley's at their price; our principle being free trade and no monopoly, the latter having beeii the ruin ot Nelson. T. S. W. & Co. would add that they shall always endeavor to act Jairly and honorably with, all who Irade with them — selling at all times at the smallest remunerative prices, in spite of all the petty opposition they meet with. As to the " Spurious Imitation," we are prepared to give a guarantee ot durability with *' Our Nelson Tweed" Clothing. T. S. WYMOND & CO.
