W.AIKBA West Rifles . -'2 „ Cadets - - -. - , 7 2 „-, The first two" Companies will fire at ranges of 200, 400, and 500 yards; five shots at* each range; target, 6ft by 6ft. The Cadets will fire at ranges' of 100, 150, and 200 yards; target, 6ft by 4ft. ... Any position (except first' range in each case, which shall be standing position), without artificial rest. The Rules and Regulations adopted for the last General Government Prize Competition in other respects to be strictly adhered, to. .
