Hokitka, October 3. . The settlers at Martin's Bay are, reported to be in a starving condition. It was proposed in the Hawke's Bay Club en Monday to expel Mr.- H. R. Russell. A full meeting was held, at which 35 votes were given and the proposition was negatived.
