PARLIAMENTARY.
Wellington, September 4. The Opposition have a majority of. five. The division is expected to-night. Septembers. The arrangement to close the debate yesterday was broken through by the Government supporters. Mr. Hunter occupied two hours, but said nothing new. Mr. Sheehan followed for the Opposition. The debate waR adjourned until to^-day.and the division will probably take place to-night. The Post announces that it is rumored that Mr. Vogel will resign his seat, and go to England. i— ■ '•"■
