To the Editor of the Nelsox Evsning Mail. Sic,—ln the matter of the proprietor of a newspaper changing hig opinions for the consideration say of £400 or £500 worth of Government advertisements, would such an act come under the Supreme Court "sin" or "crime?"—the Justices' justice " trivial offence?" —or the Doctor's " diplopsrc?" I am, &c, Query.
