Blutp, August 21. The Alharabra left Melhourne on the 15th inst., arriyed off the Bluff last night afc 11 o'clock, and came alongside the wharf at daylight this morning. She brings 25 saloon, and 20 steerage passengers, and 380 tons of cargo for all the ports.
