[The following letter was received from Mr. Luckie this afternoon.] Sir,— f-The Editor of the Examiner has chosen to say that Mr. Luckie was made to repeat an untruth, and that he was hoodwinked and made a fool of by the Government respecting the Foxhill railway. The Editor of . the Examiner mither knows the facts, nor does lie know me. In both his assertions he, is .either wilfully or carlessly wrong.
