We have received the following tele- ' gram from his Honor the Superintendent: The press telegram respecting reply of Ministers to Mr. Luckie's question about Foxhill railway was incorrect. The reply "was, " plans nearly completed, as soon as completed estimates will be prepared." , Nothing was said about construction.
