MAILS CLOSE. For Wellington, Napier, Southern Provinces of New Zealand, and the Australian Colonies — per s.s. Eangitoto, to-day. Note. — The next home mail, outwards, via San Francisco, "will leave Nelson on. Monday, sth August. Mails are due in London on Sept. 21. for the United Kingdom via Suez and Brindisi, (only specially addressed letters), and for tbc Australian Colonies, India, China, the East, • and the Continent of Europe, Mauritius, Cape of Good Hope, St. Helena, &c. ~ per s.s. Alhambra, to-morrow, 30th July. Mails ■will be due in London on the 29th September, and sth October. For Tadmor and Wangapeka — Close every Tuesday at 2.30 p.m., and arrive every Friday, at 11 a.m. for Wakapuaka — Close every Wednesday and Saturday, at 2.30 p.m.; arrive every Wednesday and Saturday, at 11 a.m. SYDNEY J.
