Each tender must be accompanied by a deposit of £10, as a guarantee of good faitli, which sum will be forfeited, should any tenderer refuse to sign the contract in the event of his tender being accepted. Each tender must include the names of two (2) sureties for approval, who are willing to become bond for the due performance of the contract in the event of the tender being- accepted, and must be acc«mpanied by a notification to that effect, signed by the proposed sureties.
