PHEASANT SHOOTING. Superintendent's Office, Nelson, June 12, 1872. THE Districts of MOTUEKA., and SUBURBS of NELSON, which have been declared OPEN for the purpose of PHEASANT SHOOTING during tbe month of July next, are described in the " Representation Act Amendment Act, 1871," as under — Motueka. This district is bounded towards the East by the sea from Separation Point to the mouth of the Waimea River (including Rabbit and other adjacent islands) ; thence by the Waimea and Wai-iti Rivers to Pigeon Valley Stream ; thence towards tbe South by that stream to its source ; thence by a right line to the junction of the Wangapeka and Motueka Rivers; and thence by a right hne to the summit of Mount Arthur ; and tberce towards the West by right lines from peak to peak along the main ridges to Separation Point. Suburbs op Nelson. This district is bounded towards the Southeast by the Picton District ; towards the West by the Wairoa and Waimea Rivers ; and on ail other sides by the sea, together with the adjacent islands ; excepting the City of Nelson District.
