June B.—The Duffy Ministry has resigned A dissolution was asked for but refused. The new Ministry consists of Francis, Premier; Langton, Treasurer; Kamsay, Minister ol Railway Works; Gillies, Minister of Land ; McKay, Minister of Mines ; Cohen, Commissioner of Customs; Stephens, Attorney-General; Kerford, Solicitor-General i Anderson to represent the Government in the Legislative Council. Mr. Duffy submitted a lengthy manifesto in support of a dissolution, which was ably replied by the Governor. Garret's complaint of the impeachment of Berry is improved. Garret will ask for the evidence to be printed. A delicate family disclosure is involved. Wheat 6s. 9d. to 7s. 2d. Flour, £16 to £16 10s. New Zealand wheat, 6s. 6d. to 6s. 7d. Oats, 3s. to 3s. 2d. Sugars firmly held. Tookey's offered at £6 155., nominal, £5 ss.
