LOWER MOUTERE.

Messrs. Tarrant, Tannant, and Guy were the retiring members, the two former and Mr. Cresswell were elected. Mr. Tarrant was appoioted to represent the district at the Central Board. The Rev. S. Poole was appointed Chairman aud hon. Secretary for the ensuing year, and J. Sharp, Esq. was re-elected Representative at tbe Central Board.
