REGULATIONS OF ELECTIONS ACT, 1870. IN Pursuance of " The Regulations of Elections 1870," I, Lowther Broad, Returning Officer for the Electoral District of the City of Kelson, do hereby give notice that by virtue of a Writ, bearing date the Thirteenth day of May, 1872, under the Public Seal of the Colony, an ELECTION will be held for the RETURN of ONE Qualified Person to Serve as Member of the House of Eepresentatives for the said Electoral District, and that the NOMINATION of Candidates will take place at the Provincial Hall, Nelson, at Noon, on the Twenty-fifth day of May, 1872, and the POLL, if necessary, will be; taken on the Twenty-seventh day of May, 1872. LOWTHER BROAD, Returning Officer. The following are the Polling Places for the Electoral District of the City of Nelson :— The Provincial Hall, Nelson. The Oddfellows' Hall, Nelson. LOWTHER BROAD, 1062 Returning Officer.
