NOTICE is Hereby Given, that an application is intended to be made at the next Session of the General Assembly of New Zealand, for leave to bring in a Bill to amend " The Nelson City Gas Act, 1871." Copies of the Bill will be deposited in the Examiner's Office at or before the commencement of the Session. It is intended to apply for power, on behalf of the Superintendent, to change the Site for the Gas Works, and to erect and construct such Works for the manufacture of Gas as he may think necessary, upon Town Sections numbered respectively 58, 59, and 80, upon the Plan of the City of Nelson, or upon some part or parts thereof. - Dated this Sixth day of May, 1872.
