McMeckan and Blackwood will Sell to the Company the Corner Block op Flinders and King-streets, Melbourne, upon which their present Offices Stand, with other Buildings let to tenants. The price at which the Steamships' Premises and Good Will of the Business are offered to the Company is £165,000, which includes all the spare gear, sails, yards, shafts, propellers, machinery, &c, whether on board or ashore, and all stores and coals aboard when ships are taken over. There will be no Promoters' Shares, and Messrß. McMeckan & Blackwood pay preliminary expenses. Messrs MoMeckan & Blackwood are willing to take £50,000 in shares, or such other amount as the Provisional Directors may determine on.
