NOTICE is hereby given, that the Twentythird Annual MEETING of the members of the Society will be held at the Principal Offices, New Pitt-street, Sydney, on WEDNESDAY, the 24th day of April next, at 2.30 p.m., for the purpose of— 1. Receiving the Report of the Directors on the business of the Society for the past year. 2. Electing two Directors in lieu of Boulton Molineaux, Esq., and John Fairfax. Esq who retire in terms of By-law 11 , both of whom are eligible for re-election. 3. Electing an Auditor in lieu of Henry Phillips, Esq., who retires in terms of Bylaw XVII.
