INTEREST, and will be issued in the form, and subject in all respects to the conditions as to security and payment of interest, provided in the above-mentioned Act. The Debentures will be made Payable in Thirty Yeabs from the date of issue, with interest at the above-mentioned rate, payable half-yearly at this Office.
