Each Debenture will be for the sum of ONE HUNDRED POUNDS, bearing SIX PER CENT. INTEREST, and will be issued in the form, and su> jecf in all respects to the conditions as to security and payment of interest, provided in tha above-mentioned Act. The Debentures will be made Payable in Thirty Yeaes from the date of issue, with interest at the above-mentioned rate, payable half-yearly at this Office.
