In order to encourage the exhibtion of articles of Provincial manufrtcture, Special Judges will be appointed to examine and report on all such exhibits, and to recommend for prizes such as may be deemed meritorious. In this elass will be included Farm Implements, Harness m«>de from New Zealand materials, Basket", Candles, Casks of Hew Zealand timber, Leather, Mats, Preserved Fruits, Soap, Bope, Tweeds, Twine, Wines from New Zealand produce. No prize will be awarded for any of the above not considered meritorious by the Judges, who will also be. instructed to recommend lor extra prizes anything in their opinion meritorious, although not classified as above.
