In order to encourage the exhibtion of articles of JProvincial manufacture, Special Judges will be appointed to examine and report on all such exhibits, and to recommend for prizes, such as may be deemed meritorious. In this class will be included Farm' Implements, Harness made from New Zealand materials, Baskets, Candles, Casks of New Zealand timber, leather, Mats, Preserved Emits, Soap, Rope, Tweeds, Twine, Wines from New Zealand produce. No prize will be awarded for any of the above not considered meritorious by the Judges, who will also be instructed to recommend lor extra prizes anything in their opinion meritorious, although not classified as above.
