SUPREME COURT.-IN BANKRUPTCY.

[Before his Honor Mr. Justice Richmond.] Friday, April 5. Henry Christian Moller. — Friday the 26th inst. was, on Mr. Pitt's application, appointed for a declaration of complete execution of the deed of arrangement in this case.

Johi Cameron and Edward Joseph Hoskins of Marlborough. — In both these cases the 3rd of May was fixed for the bankrupts' last examination.

Dudley Beaumont and Henry Wharton of the late firm of Tetley, Beaumont, and Co., were, ou the application of Mr. A. Adams, adjudicated bankrupts.
