[Per Gkeville's Company, Reuter's Agents.] AUSTRALIAN. Bluff, March 21, 1871. MELBOURNE. Melbourne, March 14. — Messrs. Yogel and Webb have had a further interview with ihe Government on the subject of postal arrangements between Victoria and New Zealand. Modified proposals favorably entertained. Details not made public till submitted to Parliament, and agreement signed between the contracting parties. Messrs. Yogel and Webb were entertained at dinner at Scott's, by the principal representatives of the shipping and commercial interests. The Commissioner of Customs promised delegation furthei concessions in reference to Customs' drawbacks regulations to facilitate intercolonial trade. Captain James Lawrence, of Lloyd's Rooms, is dead. Flour £12 15s. to £13. Wheat, sa. 6J. to os. 7d. Oat?, 3s. 3d. to 4s. Barley, malting, ss. Sugars firm; markets generally unaffected. Arrived, Stanley, from Auckland.
