The Boiler has not had six months' wear, and is in a first-rate s ate of preservation. The Engines have been carefully stored, and are as good as new. In addition to the engine and boiler, there are Paddle-wheels, with patent floats, shafts, and cranks all complete, and, in the evt-nfc of the engines being used for stationary purposes, a new El) -wheel, weighing 45 cwt.
