The " Pilgrim's Progress " bas been translated into Chinese, and published with illustrations by native artists, who represent Christian as wearing a pigtail. Ik the first ten months of 1871, no less than 792,332 sheep and lambs were imported into the United Kingdom. The number averaged 2,600 a day. Their value is declared £1,523,884.
