Tjie s.s. Many would have liked to have remained longer, hut time would not permit, and the Alhambra left the Sornd at 5 a.m. on the 23rd ; had a brush of a sou- wester round the Cape, and arrived at the Bluff at 8 am. on the 24th ; sailed again at 7 pin, and arrived at Port Chalmers at 10.15 a.m. on the 25th ; left Port Chalmers on the 26th, at 7 p.m., and arrive! at Oamaru the same day, at 11.30 p.m. ; left Oamaru on the 27th, at 5 p.m., and arrived at Lyttelfon on the 2Sth, at 7.40 a.m.; left Lyttelfcon on the 29tli, at 2.45 p.m. ; and arrived at Wellington on the 30.t1i, at 12.30 pm.; If ft at 11 p.m , and arrived at Nelson at 1 1 a m to-day. On the arrival of the steamer atDunedin, Captain Underwood was presented with a very flattering address and a silver tea and coffee service from the passengers and excursionists, for his kindness to them on this and previous voyages.
