We are indebted to Mr. B. B. Creagh, chief officer of the s.s. Kennedy, for the following report : — The Anchor Line Co.'s s.s. Kennedy arrived here at noon to-day. She left Nelson on Wednesday.; the 13th inst., at 10.30 p.m.; at 2.30 a.m. on Thursday, brought up atTotaranui, blowing hard from S.W.; at S a.m. got under weigh, and at 10.S0 a.m. returned again to Mutton Cove; left again at 4 am. on Friday; experienced strong S W. winds on the passage to Westport, arriving ihere at 10 a m. on Saturday. Landed cargo, and h-fc at midnight for Hokitikn, arriving there at 11 30 a.m. on Sunday. On Monday, landed cargo, and left at 1 pm. for Greymouth; experienced strong N.W. winds and heavy sea on the passage, arriving there at 5 p.m. On Tuesday, landed cargo and left at 5 p.m. for Westport. At midnight, brought up off the Buller Bar. and crossed at 5 a.m. Landed cargo, and left at 5. .30 p.m. for Ne'son, experienced light variable winds on the passage, arriving as above. She leaves again on Tuesday.
