SYDNEY.
The schooner Mary Campbell has arrived from Auckland without papers, after a nine days' passage. It was expected she would beat the Coomerang, and it is supposed that she came in the interest of mining speculators. The captain affords no information. He called at Port Stephens, the first telegraph station. Wool sales are dull and prices unaltered.
The Premier stated his intention of communicating -with the other Australian colonies -with reference to the establishment of a final Court of Appeal .
