The Queen's Health Improved. Losses by the Chicago Fire — 500 Persons Burned, and 12,000 Buildings Destroyed. Another Fenian Raid on Canada. Port Chalmers, December 4. The barque Free Trader has arrived from Hobart Towu, after a smart passage of six days. She brings the English News by the Suez mail, in an " Extra " of the Hobart Town Mercury of Nov. 27. News ha& arrived of the wreck of the Rangoon, with the English mails on board, all of which were lost.
