NOTICE is Hereby Given that on and after the 26th day of October, 1871, the provisions of the " Cattle Trespass Act, 1868," will be Enforced on my LAND, the whole of Sections Nos. 45 and 62, Spring Grove, and that it is my intention to Claim Damages for all Cattle TRESPASSING on the said Land whether Fenced or Unenclosed.
