CRICKET. A MATCH will take place at MOTUEKA, on MONDAY. October 2, between ELEVEN of the MARRIED, and ELEVEN of the SINGLE MEMBERS of the MOTUEKA CRICKET CLUB. I__24 NELSON VOLUNTEER FIRE BRIGADE. THE ANNIVERSARY DESNER of the BRIGADE will, take place at the TRAFALGAR HOTEL, on TUESDAY EVENING, 26th inst., at SEVEN o'clock Sharp. Henry Adams, Esq., Deputy-Superintendent, in the chair. The Public are respectfully invited to attend. Tickets (including wines, &c.) 15s. each, may be had at tbe Trafalgar Hotel.
