He admitted knowing the name on the roll to be his father's and not his, and that he was not the person described on the roll. Before voting for Monro he had voted at the provincial elections. 2.58 p.m. The Committee have decided that there is no case of bribery, treating, or undue influence made out against Sir David Monro.
