The steamer Kennedy left Westport at 2 p m. to-day, and will be due here to-morrow morning. Anne Gambles.—This iron ship, which is to follow the Annie Braginton from London for Nelson, was to sail positively on July 20. The s s. Taranaki left Onehunga at 10 a.m. on the 17th inst.; was d«-tained inside the bar till noon the following day, and arrived off Taranaki at daylight on the 19th. Sailed at 9 a.m. same day, arriving at Nelson at midnight. Had fresh westerly winds throughout the passage.
