0 — — CITIL SITTINGS. [Before his Honor Mr. Justice Richmond and a Special Jury.] Trustees in the estate of John M'lntosh v. the Bank of New Zealand. On the closing of the case for the plaintiffs this afternoon, the Jury, by direction of the Judge, found a verdict for the defendants on all the issues, with leave for the plaintiffs to move the Court in banco for leave to enter a verdict for the plaintiffs for £400 if the Court should be of opinion that the after acquired property was not covered by the bill of sale given by Healy.
