Perseverance Company. — The aunual meeting of shareholders in this company will be held at the Oddfellows' Hall, this evening, at ha!f-past seven. Wesleyan Church Organ Fund. — We again call attention to the lecture to be delivered by Captain R. Peek, of the Beth Shan, at tbe Wesleyan Church, tomorrow eveniog, in aid of the above fund. Masonic Hotel. — A change of landlords at this well-known hotel has recently taken place, Mr. Everett, who has occupied it ever since it was first opened having retired, and been succeeded by Mr. H. . Wilkins.
